We use real fruit for flavour, no emulsifiers or stabilisers, so some settling is normal. Just give your bottle a quick shake before each sip and you’re good to go.

Unlike our standard Sport Hydration Drink Mix, our Super High Carb drink mix takes a little more care and effort to mix. Because of the unique structure of the complex carbohydrate we use, the powder is extremely fine and light, which gives it a strong electrostatic charge. This causes it to either sit on the surface of water or clump into little balls, which makes the interior hard to wet and dissolve.
But, fortunately there’s an easy fix. Start by putting the powder into a dry water bottle. Then fill the bottle about a quarter full with water. Shake vigorously to completely wet all the powder and to break up the electrostatic charge. Then fill the remainder of the bottle with water. Don’t worry if there are still some undissolved clumps. They will dissipate within the next 5 to 10 minutes.
