Delivery

We deliver New Zealand-wide to mainland addresses.

• Delivery cost and timeframes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders are sent via courier and require someone to be available to receive them during normal business hours where a signature is needed.
• We can't deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or addresses outside mainland New Zealand.
• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to redirect or cover the cost of orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you.
• If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Returns

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund, whichever makes the most sense for the issue. Just contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll take it from there.

Change of mind

Because our products are food, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we can't take back anything that's been opened. This is about keeping things safe and hygienic for everyone, not us being precious about it.

Best before dates

We ship all orders with plenty of shelf life left. Store products as directed on the packaging and use them before the best-before date shown.
